Welcome...
Welcome to the Law Office of Donald D. Welch. I feel that it is important to tailor an estate plan that meets each client’s unique desires. That is why I personally meet with each client and spend as much time as needed to identify those issues that are important to you. One shoe does not fit all.
Typically, an estate plan might include a Revocable Trust, Pour-Over Will, Certification of Trust, and Powers of Attorney For Healthcare and Assets. What really matters, however, is what provisions each of these documents contain. Is the trust funded properly, have the needs of those with special disabilities been met, are there testamentary trust provisions for the minor children? Are your beneficiary accounts in order?
You will see from the following pages that there are many things to consider when “planning your estate”. I hope you will let me become a part of that process.
One last thing…please feel free to give me a call if you should have any questions. I don’t know how specific we can get over the phone, but it will give us a chance to get acquainted and, who knows, you might even get that question answered. My number is 916-786-2070.
